We have a state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced machineries such as CNC cutters, welding machines, and hydraulic presses to produce large volume piping spool
fabrication up to 1 Million Inch Dia per Year.
As a prominent company in the Middle East, we specialise in designing steel structures for heavy industries, including Oil & Gas. Additionally, we have experience constructing various types of facilities such as stadiums, malls, and amusement parks.
EAI is capable of designing, manufacturing, and supplying various pressure vessels, reactors, columns/towers, desalter vessels, and filter vessels, in compliance with ASME Sec VIII Div 1 and ASME Sec VIII Div 2. We have the accreditation to repair the existing pressure vessels as per NBIC “R” stamps.
Our pressure vessels are integral to the operations of refineries in the desalination, oil and gas, petrochemical, and power plant industries. Our skids are used for constructing complex structures in limited spaces, such as offshore oil rigs. Industrial complexes, and commercial installations.
We have the essential expertise to apply external and internal coatings and linings on pressure vessels, tanks, and process piping to prevent corrosion and prolong the lifespan.
